No matter what though, there will be a "Madoff" somewhere. But yeah, we are on the same page as far as relying on electronic currency. Whether it's the Madoffs, hackers, viruses, technical glitches, corruption, or even possible natural occurances that effect electronics, to me there are too many "What if" scenarios you can play out by relying on electronic currency.

But as far as a global currency, personally, I think something like that is long overdue.

I think what's going to pull us out of this situation is the innovation of the American small business entrepreneur in a global economy. We have millions of unemployed workers with skill-sets begging to be utilized. All it takes is a lot of somebodies with enough guts and an idea and we're in business again.

And a global currency could only enhance the ease of these people gaining the liquidity they need to operate. thumbs up

But do we really need any of it? That's the problem. We're being told how to live, what's fun, who's cool, and why shorter vacations are better for us because its better for the company.

Sigh. People need to start thinking for themselves. I know its hard but, really. Gucci? Who cares?doh

You're thinking inside the box, j. Crap products that we don't really need. We can do that here. We just don't because its cheaper to let them. We need to get back to what made America strong to begin with. Give them something they haven't seen yet. I don't know what, I just know we can. thumbs up
