I am looking for a good family attorney becuase i am about 9 weeks pregnant. The dad left me 10 days after finding out i was pregnant. I called him yesterday and he said that he wanted my account number for my back so he can just deposit the money in there. He lives in Tonapah and i live in scottsdale he said it was just easier. So i did. STUPID ME! He said that he will pay 1/2 of my medicial bills for the pregnancy which sounded fine to me but he wants the receipt. So i was going to run it for 1/2 and give him the receipt for the 1/2 and then run my card again for the other 1/2 and keep that receipt. Then he is talking about claiming the baby on his taxes. I told him that he can do it one year and then i would do it one year etc. I dont know what to do anymore. I dont know what my rights are. I need help bad. Please someone help me. I dont know what to do. i have a 7 year old son and his dad and i never went through this. He was there for me through thick and thin and gives me money every month and we have a great friendship.
