I'm new to this site. Wow, I can't understand why people would insult. We're all here looking for friendship and hopefully, a someone. I don't know about POF, as I just deleted myself off that site. As a woman, it seemed I had to wait for the man to contact me. Any of the ones who I tried to contact just read and deleted. At least be nice and say "Hey, I read, but am not interested." I love those who say, "I'm easy going, I want someone nice, etc., etc." Hey, right.

Decided to stay on CS after all, just because a couple of people were rude doesn't mean everyone here is!!

Good Girl. I've been on a couple of sites. And this isn't bad. Hang in there and I will too. Just maybe we'll find our knights.

It's funny, I didn't have much luck on POF. But what's funny is the guys that were on that site, I see them on this site.

I'm new to this site as well, but not new to the internet dating thing. I've tried a couple of the pay sites off & on over the years since my divorce, but really haven't found a keeper. What I do find frustrating though is the lack of response from men that I've contacted. If I'm initiating contact, it means I'm interested, when I don't hear from them it makes me wonder what they're really looking for and if they're even really here. But...I keep trying. I figure if you're not the type of person who hangs out in bars, there's not much of a chance of meeting someone (although I did try flirting the other day at Wal Mart..lol). So...any guys that I'd be interested in up Redding way???

I am fairly new to this site also ( my first attempt at internet dating).

I have recived a few notes from some of the ladies, but after 1 or 2 notes they seem to disapear, and in one case she had a boyfriend and just wanted to say hi and that she liked my profile ( why is she here ? )

As for the bars, not my thing either. However if anyone wants to spend a day up at the lake on my boat .... LOL
