Hmmm, only 3 emoticons per post....

Anyway, here I am. Just introduceing myself, I guess. I'm a 24 year old network engineer who is going back to school to work in the field of electrical engineering. ASIC and RF design specificaly.

I'm a huge gamer. I love to sail and surf. I go fishing whenever I can and I'm pretty big into doing things outside instead of sitting around watching TV all day.

I'm not normal, to say the least. By that I mean; the typical pursuit of men my age is, or so it seems, to get laid as often as possible by anything that will allow it. It works for some, just not for me. I would rather have a good friend than a quick lay, you know?

Other than that I have horrible luck with finding a good person to spend time with. So, enter the internet. We'll see what happens.

So there is my itroduction. I leave you with a simple thought:
Looking into someones eyes and seeing a reflection of ones self is not the absence of love but the inclusion of trust. Stair deeply and as often as possible, only then will love begin to show you what it is you really want.
comfort

Hey we got to keep trying till we find the career that is truly meant for us, right? I consider myself a professional student, lol. Actually, I have finally found that one thing I was meant for...and just recieved my AA in it. I will pursue my BA very slowy. Not in a rush...I LOVE both my jobs!

By the way...YES, very rare that you are not lookin just to get laid...especially on this thing! I think it is great though. You shouldn't have a problem finding someone who feels the same.

I just went out on a limb and decided I'm going to go to Brevard community college. I love the area, been going out that way since I was a kid, so I figured what the hell.

should be interesting!

Ok...hope you have alot of free time, lol. I only took two classes last semester, and couldn't believe ALL the crap they had me doing! I have two jobs and five kids, and I am the queen of procrastinators, lol! So shocked I passed...actually with B's in both subjects. I turned in alot of stuff late...stuff that I did in hours that should have taken me days, lol. I am sooo bad!!

The good thing about me is I'm kind of a nerd :-)
Although I should mention that Tampa is now a serious consideration too. They offer a superior medical engineering program but the labs are no where near as good as Brevard (at least their Space Center facility).

As long as I get at least one to two hours a day to surf or sail, I'm cool. You can pretty much toss anything you want at me :-)

Nerds are a good thing, lol. Actually I probably just say that because I may be one? A friend called me a nerd a while back because I actually thought going to this star party thing was going to be fun, lol. I was taking Astronomy and the teacher threw these "parties" where we would all meet out in the country. Amateur astronomists brought their big telescopes and wisdom, lol. I told the professor to let me know when the next one will be, even though I have completed his class. Maybe I am a geek, lol?

It's hard to define the three now. Nerd Geek Dork.
Nerds lack all social grace and go thru the majority of their life not getting laid.
Dorks just tend to be really smart but annoying.
Geeks, well, we make the world go round :-)

We are never done with school! Learning is a life long experience whether it is in a classroom or in a relationship or in the midst of nature. I am 57 and I am currently working on my financial planner certification.
