reelman90: It is all relative. If you have interests that a certain place can't provide, then it is a sh*t hole. On the other hand, if it has what you like, then it is a great place. What's there not to love about Kentucky, when you have horse racing, boubon, Kentucky football & basketball, bourbon, beautiful women, bourbon, wildlife (as in real animals), beer, some of the best fishing in the US, boubon, history.....etc. and did I mention boubon....... drinkpouring:
In most cases I would agree. I have lived all over the country and have been all over the world. Until now I had always moved back to my birth state of Michigan. Kentucky is the first state other than Michigan I have actually called home. The only thing I miss from up there other than family is fishing the big lakes, salmon and steelhead in the rivers and hunting da UP, eh.
