What do you do when your just tired of being single. I am really sick of it. It makes me so bitter to be around couples now. I have have all these ideas of places to go and things to do but no one to go with me. Does anybody else feel this way. What is the cure?

Hm...tired of being single....I can understand that...the bitterness part is something you have to sort out though, it might come across to others in ways that you don't intend it to. Have you tried doing / going to some of the places you want to share with someone? You never know who you might meet once you get there smile

I am just tired of being lonley. I want someone to hold. To care for. To care for me. It just seems that i am destined to spend the rest of this life time alone

Dear Fredbuilt,

You might best find a thing to do, such as a hobby. Reading can be captivating once you find subjects you enjoy. I suspect you can find more than you have time to enjoy. I challange you to go to the library and look around. If you allow yourself to be captivated, you'll have less time to feel sad, and more to talk about when you meet people. But also you might like to build something...whether it be a house, or a garden; or take up music. You are in a wonderful time of your life don't ruin it by feeliing sad and only feeling sad and resentful of others. it's an awful waste. You have youth, health, and time to spare...Can't you imagine how many people would love to have what you have? You won't have it forever. What will you be doing 28 more years from now. Believe me, you don't want to wait till then to start building your life. It likely won't happen if you wait to start then. You are nearly 30. As my son said, it is all down hill from there speaking physically and mentally. So learn some stuff now, it will be easier to build on if you've already started. You need more than a girl. You need more than a drink at home or the bar. Please give the library a try and don't give up. And if you make friends at the library, please don't let it get in the way of discovering yourself.
Please stop being sick of it and start living.
My best wishes go out to you.

It does get kinda lonlely but myself I keep busy... and now its hunting season here so I have been moose hunting so I cant complain I guess... but when You date alot you kinda get tired of the garbage of the head games from immature men out there and Im not saying all men of course.. so when its time to take a break it really feels good... so good luck with your finding love..
