I guess I can start with a few rides some friends and I did last fall.

The first ride I had getting back into the spirit of things was from Coon Rapids over to Stillwater; then accross the bridge in Stillwater to Wisconsin and down 35? to Lake Pepin; make sure to hit county road OO a few times, a very fun and curvy road. From Lake Pepin we rode west on another fun hilly road on the Minnesota side of the river (Sorry I cant remember the name) and ended up in Hastings from there we went north to all points home of course the last few miles in the rain!

Not bad for a reintroduction to riding. I'll post more as I have time.

Fantastic Ride this spring!

A group of us went out to the western Wisconsin area a couple weeks ago and one of the guys new some really cool twisites and sweepers to take through Woodbury, Afton and on the way down to Prescott. from Prescott we went south to a couple of really nice county roads where those of us who wanted to "ahem" exceed the posted's went ahead and those that want the leisurely ride hung back. unfortunatly a couple of the guys who were hanging back went down in a tight corner , nobody injured and we continued the ride after an extended recap session on the side of the road. With Heads cleared and adrenaline receeding we finish the twisties and had lunch in Stockholm . A few of the group went home from there and the rest of us hit O and couple other nice twisty county roads on the way back, We finished with a stop in Afton for some hard ice cream. mmmmmm tasty!

I'm looking forward to getting out a bunch more this summer, the weather has been great for riding.

Im looking for someone to ride with. I love to ride and go to new places. Meeting new people is awesome, so if ya know of someone who needs a new friend and riding partner let me know. So I can write about my lastest ride.

you might want to check out beginnerbikers.org. I have met some pretty cool riding partners on that site.

My bike is incapacitated for the moment, it has issues I wont go into here. I'll post when me or my friends are planning another ride.

Ride on! All the rides are just fun. I just got back after socializing with fellow bikers. Last sunday I had brunch in Stockholm, WI. A week from Saturday is the Northland Road Rally (july 28th) South. It is aprox. 100 miles and my 1st time riding with them to benefit the special olympics. I have no further info, but am looking forward to the ride. Again, RIDE ON. and RIDE SAFE.

No favorite rides yet. Just picked up my bike yesterday. I'll let you know if I find any good ones.

Me and my bike will be in Stillwater tomorrow for the Lumberjack days. Even lumberjacks need to have fun sometimes. Ha HA. Please do not take this as another woody joke, thank you..
