That's just how it's done online, unfortunately. I've never received a response from someone saying "no thanks"...people either write back if they want to talk to you, or they ignore you. It's just easier to not respond if you're not interested. Chalk it up to normal human laziness.

I'd rather get ignored than invest my emotions in lengthy conversation only to be told that you're a great guy but.....

I totally agree Wyldfire!! Men....yes, women can be too, tend to be more into looks than what is inside. I HATE that!! But...I guess I would rather them ignore me than deal w/all of the crap that Whitetiger said though too, ya know? I have sent out quite a few flowers/emails to people w/no response...but I figure A.They are lazy as hell B.Aren't interested for whatever million reasons C.Never are actually on the site anymore D.Are shitty people anyway and I can do much better! IDK....maybe I am wrong. Well....I am not gonna lie to someone about who I am or what I look like just to make them happy cause that is just retarded. If you don't like what you see...GO AWAY!! If you don't like what you hear....GO AWAY!!! Oh...BTW...if this is annoying any of you...GO AWAY!!! lol Yes....Whitetiger is a bit crazy...but we love him just the same! K, you wouldn't like me if I wasn't crazy.

I consider more human rudeness than lazyness, or maybe even a strong combination of both. Shallow people just annoy me and I was have a bad day already when I made the thread. I guess being ignored is a hell of a lot better than having your flaws pointed out by a complete stranger.

But, a girl can hope that people can change, right?

Hind sight is 20/20. And yes you can hope for the best....but prepare for the worst.

See my post "where the hell is everyone" sounds like we both have had our share of shitty days. At least you seem to be a bit more composed (for now) in your inquiries. Hopefully you can keep that inner peace. I think so far everyone that has given you a response is right on the money........Thank God for the internet, it is VERY obvious that people have forgotten what MN NICE is all about..........I will tell ya my secret (and this is why I consider Dog, ~K~, Stef, Whitetiger, Annie and all those other nutcases that have replied to at least one of my threads my true friends), those people have not forgotten. they give freely until it hurts then give some more. THOSE are the people you need to care about responses from or responding to the others......Screw em.

OMG............sorry, but the thought of cookie dough, jello(see other post) and a POOL just sound too damn good to be true. ~K~ I apologize in advance cause your pool is going to be a mess with all that cookie dough we'll be playing with. ONLY WHO'S BRINGING THE ICE CREAM

Ooohhh oooohh!! Did someone say cookies and ice cream?!?!? I am soooo excited I don't care about my pool!! lol The last thread talked about bread and meat, now we have cookies and ice cream!! A complete friggin' meal!! SWEEEEEET!! Yep, people suck!! Plan for the worst and don't expect anything!
