starting over

i have been devorced over ten years.i dated at first, but i was raising my three sons and there was too much negitive affect on them.so now years later i find myself ready to date but dont really now where to start

I would advise you but that would be like the blind leading the blind!
I am widowed and have no idea where to start, but then having been divorced 3 times before I met the last one who passed away, looks like I am not very good at choices either. All I can say is hang in there, maybe go to PWP meetings (if there is a chapter in your area).
