Hello,
I am new to this personals site and i wanted to know why so many are looking, but still so many profiles?
Why as a Man who just wants to find that "real" in a Person is such a Hard thing?
It's not that we cant go to the clubs or the dances, but its the Friendship thats hard to find.That when yu make a Promise to someone, you seem to be the only one that keeps it.
I am not whinning here,but just wondering. Why so many searchers and still so many profiles

I really can't answer your question as like so many have always met the person who wasn't right for me and was taken advantage of so to speak because I am a laid back individual accepting people for who they are. Last relationship I had its a wonder I had the few friends I did when it ended as he didn't like any of my friends yet we spent much time with his countless number of friends whether I liked them or not. At one time in my life I was a decent judge of character of people but now I don't know...maybe being older certain things do not matter as much.
We all want acceptance and some times during the extreme to get it lose sight of what really matters. dunno Good luck here on CS..am sure you will make friends and it will help you pass the time to fill the void till you meet someone special.

Anyway I have been on this site almost since it started and have made friends but have not met anyone.I think I'm afraid of my judgment after 3 failed marriages..blues

Anyway at least I still like men...banana

LOOK AT MOST OF THESE PROFILES! "I AM LOOKING FOR A NICE GUY CARING TIRED OF THE OLD". THATS BULL MOST ARE STILL LOKKING FOR THE SAME THING .A PERFECT LOOKING MUSCULAR BAD BAD BOY AND THATS WHY SOOOO MANY WOMEN ARE STILL INFRONT OF THE COMPUTER

How about ....the computer is just a tool to break the ice. after the ice is broken it is up to you to get off the computer and make something happen. I agree with one of the posts all women are looking for a nice honest guy. Every woman is! just as every man is looking for and honest woman. Most people that are on this site have had their heart broken otherwise you would not be here. I think if the profiles were more honest instead of the same blah blah boring blah blah. Poor me profiles. then more people would hook up.
