My now ex-boyfriend just took my car to sell it.....He didnt pay his rent so I refused to make the car payment until he paid his share around here. whats he do...gets up takes the car which I have already paid 3,000$ on....Thats it .....Why do I always seem to find the losers????

Dont know but it happens to me also. Sometimes I think sucker is stamped on my forehead...lol....What are you doing for a vehicle? There are a lot of good people in CS and some could probably give you advice on what to do about the car. You will see this NH forum really stinks...been trying to think how to liven it up..anyway, keep your chin up.

we got to create something that will grab attention and make them want to come here, specifically though no sorry....thanks for letting me know it happens to alot of us i dont thin k its so much that we have a sin saying suckers i think we just have hearts that say "open for business" and the theifs all take notice ...if you get my drift... i will put some thought into it ans see if and or what i can come up with......

Is the car in your name ? If so have him charged with theft with the intent to sell stolen property.

cant do it he wouldnt let me put it in my name until i paid off the balance...thats why i was so mad cause he hasnt paid his share of rent or utilities etc.....I told him pay me then I will pay you he wouldnt even deduct it from what he owes me....nice guy huh

You could always persue civil damages but would it be worth the aggravation? Sometimes it is worth writing it off to your education to get bad energy moved out of your present and into your past. Hang in there every chance you get and stay true to yourself!
