Right you are. My beloved would have to take an hour trip for my business ocasionally and we would talk and then grow silent and we both agreed that we felt closer with the silence and felt the love more then any other time. Great insight!

I had a man, years ago, that told me all the time:" I love you" !
Sometimes, bored me, cause I felt this words in my stomach like a sock! I felt that was lies ! And he keeps saying....
One day I answer to him: "Don't say it to me anymore, I don't like it ! He was upset! But months later, I realized that he was cheatting me with another woman, all the time, since we knew one to another..... So that words was only to hidden the reality!!
A sad story....
SO, now I prefere to feel and actions...

i have always said this beacuse when i see nature i feel love, when i smell a rose i feel love, when i see my beloved i feel a special feelin arising from deep within which i can only call love.if one is able to love than why not say it!!!

Of course actions speak louder than words, but I like to be told....
often.
...and vice versa. Just out of the blue, sometimes.
I think it's kinda romantical.
What's better than an "I love you, the last words you hear before you go to sleep...or the first words in the morning.
You never know when the time will come that you can't hear them said again or can't tell the person you're with that you love them.
So sad.
