Just wanted to know...What words of wisdom CS members could offer....What do you say when you meet a guy what do you say if you want his number, and you're not that forward???? This guy tryed to pick me up at the local Food Lion and I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say.....Have kicked myself 100 times since then....Another time I was at work and this amazing guy came to my register and he was so flirting with me and I was flirting back.... really wanted to ask 4 his number and didn't...Going 2 kick myself another 100 times???!!!!! What witty comments you guys can offer????confused

Confidence is the key. But then again if a guy doesn't ask for ur number, then he not a man enough.

Negating the dudes comment above me I think that maybe I could offer maybe a more reasonable reason. Maybe the guy was too shy or thought he maybe too presumptuous to ask for your #..

See how the initial conversation goes first. If you're diggin' him and he's diggin' you, then say something like: "well.. maybe we could get together sometime" His response and enthusiasm will dictate at that point whether or not to say: "so, could I call you sometime.." It's usually a bad idea to just come out and say "HEY, can I have your number". Work into it, and between the two of you, 9 times out of 10 someone gets somebody's number when its all said and done! Have your number already written down on nice colorfull paper. with your name. and a note saying (call me), that way you dont have to say anything, You dont need to ask for there number give them yours.
