I guess I'll be the one to start it. We've had some pretty cold weather up here in North Dakota...and I guess I want to know if anyone out there on Connecting Singles is from North DAkota and can relate to this coooold weather....brrrr! I haven't seen anyone from North Dakota yet that has a posting here.

I also am coming back to ND from farther south. I am havng a hard time getting use to it again. 3 winters here and in the back of my mind I keep thinking Im too damn old to be this damn cold. But I was born here and like they say you always come back.
I am glad they are starting a ND post. Feels more home like.

Don't worry about being one of the first to post. Introducing yourself is a great way to break the ice and start getting acquainted.
Maybe new members don’t know about these forums, don’t understand what to do, or just need a little encouragement. How about an invitation from you to join the group and post here? – maybe even set a time to meet in the forums. Get to know some local members by writing and inviting North Dakota members to join you here. If several forum posters chose a few North Dakota members each day and send them an invitation through the CS mail, you will see this forum become active.
There is a flower message that says “Meet me in the Connecting Singles Forums” you could send also – but a mail message could give more information and may work better.
For those of you who are new to forum posting here’s a short HowTo:
There is a Forums Navigation Bar underneath the main navigation bar at the top of this page. The ‘All Threads’ page is where all threads are listed- in order of most recent activity date at the top of the list.
If you have a new topic of interest and want to START A NEW THREAD:
click on 'Start New Thread' in the Forum navigation bar, choose an appropriate category, type your response and press 'submit'. Your thread will appear on the list of 'All Threads' and members will be able to view and post to it.
If you read a thread and want to REPLY TO A THREAD:
Click on the 'Reply to this Thread' button at the upper right of the page inside the thread. Type your response and submit. Your post will appear at the end of that thread- in the order it was submitted.
