I can say nomindgames that I think the reason for Ohio being so slow in the forums is it being so slow. But for the meet up, I will come just keep me informed, and if you need help, just ask.

CS staff will help to a point,they have suggested some ideas and they will post it under event if/when we can.I have counted 7 for sure's and maybe a few others will come as they sa.Also if people bring freind or whoever,great.More the merrier.Now time to again like in May come up with a place.

Remember if your shy,it's not a dating get together(although who knows who may find someone)it's a chance to really meet others,we all have at least 1 thing in common.Time to have fun,laugh,forget your problems,make freinds and lasting memories.

Obviously not enough people who will come out of shell to say hi in person.A definite 6,possibly 2 more.Not enough for any one to travel too or get a sitter for.It would be great if those of us interested lived together same town.Amorey who also brought this up last may?,I see she posted with o and no more to my post.Guess Mchigan and N.Y. are real people.This was for all of us,not just me.So now I wonder how many ohio people or who say they are,really are or really are who they say.Hate to think we have alot of fakes,cause I know there are at least40 peoplefrom O.H. on here so know there's got to be more.I love this state for alot of reasons,although there are 2 places I'd rather live.1 thing I like is we're freindly helpful people,or at least many are.

Soif anyone else wants to try to get people to-gether,I'll jump in again,but your loss folks.I sent last spring over 20 flowers and messages to oh. folks about this I tried.

I just want to say to nomindgames, that you did a good job, so don't feel bad. You did the best you could do, to get the Ohio folks together. We got at least a yes from that nice gentleman, so far. Yes, Ohio is a nice state to live in people are very friendly.
Our state, right now is not looking into the come together like setting.
It seems, that we hold the if-iessss, for this season. I know some people want to, but just can't afford it, right now. I'm not making excuses for anyone, but alot of people are single, trying to stay afloat. So, nomindgames, and I understand. We don't want anyone to feel bad, about why they couldn't, or wouldn't participate in the get-together. That's what we want to give everyone on the connecting singles of Ohio. Huggggs! So maybe, next year we can, make plans for a get-together. See Ya

I think it would be a great idea to get the ohio single's a great place to meet. Although, (uh-oh, lol) I think you would get a better response if you placed it more to the center of ohio. Reason being, if I lived in Cinncinnati, I wouldn't want to travel so far to the complete opposite side of the state. I'm not saying put it in Columbus, Maybe some where a little smaller, like Delaware. Me personally, I'm scared to death of really big cities. Not to mention Cleveland is in the top 10 for murders in the country, not to mention other horrors.

Not to mention how crazy gas prices are. Speaking of which, I'll be in Brooklyn, Ohio this coming weekend. There is a motorcycle swap meet somewhere over there that I will be setting up my goods at. I think thats on the out skirts of Cleveland. I'll be there Saturday, the meet is on Sunday. Hope there's a good coffee house close by,LOL.
