Gbcdriver: Just wondering What you ladies miss the most since becoming single?
I am single because I was widowed. I did not have a choice. What I miss the most is my whole life with him. The day to day companionship. Someone to be there for me as I was for him. We enjoyed each others company. He was so sweet and thoughtful. When times would come as in every life that it became hum drum. He would start danceing around and make me laugh, or write me a note, saying if he wasn't so tired he'd get up and give me a big ol' kiss. He was my love and actually he still is, I just can't talk to him anymore or get one of his comforting hugs. Sure do miss that. For those who may not know--it's the little things that make a relationship work. Not money, not so much sex, (although that is part of the love you share). To be a widow is like haveing an amputation.
