We’ve added Texas Forums to give our Connecting Singles members from Texas a place of their own to post. This area will be available to Texas members only.
Don't worry about being one of the first to post. Introducing yourself is a great way to break the ice and start getting acquainted.
Maybe new members don’t know about these forums, don’t understand what to do, or just need a little encouragement. How about an invitation from you to join the group and post here? – maybe even set a time to meet in the forums. Get to know some local members by writing and inviting Texas members to join you here. If several forum posters chose a few Texas members each day and send them an invitation through the CS mail, you will see this forum become active.
There is a flower message that says “Meet me in the Connecting Singles Forums” you could send also – but a mail message could give more information and may work better.
For those of you who are new to forum posting here’s a short HowTo:
There is a Forums Navigation Bar underneath the main navigation bar at the top of this page. The ‘All Threads’ page is where all threads are listed- in order of most recent activity date at the top of the list.
If you have a new topic of interest and want to START A NEW THREAD:
click on 'Start New Thread' in the Forum navigation bar, choose an appropriate category, type your response and press 'submit'. Your thread will appear on the list of 'All Threads' and members will be able to view and post to it.
If you read a thread and want to REPLY TO A THREAD:
Click on the 'Reply to this Thread' button at the upper right of the page inside the thread. Type your response and submit. Your post will appear at the end of that thread- in the order it was submitted.
