ny guesses how long until Fairpoint goes belly up?

Im guessing they will be gone mid Sept.

It is still a wonder to me the the PSB allowed them to buy Verizon's land lines. Small children knew they did not have the assets so why are we stuck with them now?














Other than someone getting a very nice bribe?

if they go belly up. then nobody will have landlines in vermont, and everyone will be forced to use only cell phones.

yesterday they were out on rt 14 cutting 4 feet off the top of all the new poles, today they filed chapter 11.
