That was brilliant, that guy was only speaking what the rest of the people are thinking. Usually RTE hand pick audiences so there is no trouble. Couldnt stop laughing when your man (legend) said the bit about suing and old woman over a field

Ya i didnt see it live but i had a good laugh when i saw it today

Seen it last night and kenny had been on about people on social welfare in ireland being overpaid compared to britain and talking about public sector wages etc,, then your man started, brilliant stuff

pat kenny was only doing his job, and its not up to him how much he gets paid!!! RTE offer him a contract.. in my opinion, if you compare pat kenny to professional footballers, the footballers are getting far more than him!!! gerry ryan gets paid just as much if not more than kenny, tubridy aint far off either.. so singling out pat kenny was wrong as he was just doing his job which was talking about the social welfare!!

ya your right i wouldnt blame the plank its rte that decide how much they want to pay him but he souldnt be geting paid that much thats prob like 50 grand a month abit much i think but thats rte's fault not pat kennys!!

Pat kenny had some neck though talking about social welfare payments being too high.

I personally work and have done all my life but i dont think you can feel the frustration that the guy in crowd had until u are actually unemployed struggling.and then have some mug saying u are being paid too much.

i am unemployed and struggling!!! pat kenny never said that the social welfare was too high, he simply said that its much higher here than in the uk. he was asking for mary hannafin's opinion about the topic. at the end of the day, pat kenny's program is a debating show in favour of the people, so that they can get heard. pat kenny is getting unjust criticism, hes an easy target. if you want to target someone, target the bankers because if they had not put us in this mess in the first place, nobody would care if pat kenny was getting 10 million a year..

AND may i also state that pat kenny took a 33% deduction in his annual wage.. he used to earn 900,000 , now he earns 600,000...
