jonathan_heart: No offense Aimee, and i've heard that statement before, but i think it can give off a bad impression. Don't get me wrong, i get how having a child must change ones priorities, and to do everything you can to give them the very best up-bringing, but making such a statement can give a potential partner the impression that he can never be an important part of your life, which is never a good foot to start off on. I'm not saying at all that's what you mean to say, but just how such a statement can come across...
well if a man cannot understand how important my child is to me well he is not the man for me... people can take up that statement whatever way they want... my child is my child and always will be so he will come first..
if someone is important to me i will show it so the man im with will know how i feel about him...
