Nope wouldn`t say so, Its a good source of vitamin c so can`t see how it could be bad if u weren`t sick

Just read the box from the limsip... too much can cause liver damage.

lemsip contains paracetomol
what you can do though is get a real lemon boil it up and drink it if you like the taste
