Last year I was carrying a large plant plot to move it from A to B and in doing so I fell to the side and hurt my bum

Felt like it was twisted and just endured its soreness ,now one year on awful ache comes and goes worse at night when lying in bed on turning and painful to lye on

Now the pain has gone down my leg on walking and I do walk a lot

Anyone hD this problem or similar. Appreciate your input .

I must of been jinxed because it happened I fell again after falling on my left shoulder and that has eased somewhat after a year and two weeks ,

off to the doc im afraid. with it going on a year, it may not sort itself, so needs intervention. you may have done some damage to your glutes but its hard to tell. you could try some anti-inflammatory gels and/or tablets but id have it checked as well. maybe try an ice pack on it as well, but do not put this directly onto skin, as it may cause a cold burn.

As somebody already said, you probably hurt your coccyx.

Or put out one of the lower vertebrae.

Go to a good osteopath, and they will be able to sort it.

Could be one of a number of things....disc in lower back.....going on a bit long for pre muscular I think....could be nerve too....you NEED to get it looked at......you wont bea lone with doc...think they have to have nurse in for intimate checks...pain down the leg unlikely to go away of its own accord anytime soon

and they say men are bad at looking after themselves laugh

Go now, don't put it off any longer. The embarrassment factor is something you'll get over. You only get one spine and it has to last a lifetime.
Don't go to an osteopath, your GP will direct you the right way

It's a bit of a non-medical shot in the dark (!) but by any chance has the large plant pot been missing since the incident?
