Well it sure not stopping me from walking that's for sure ,,

But it took an osteopath to actually fix it.

As it happens Stanley, i have a pain in my lower back,
could do with that special massage,, so......Mine Or yours??
Topkaz: Last year I was carrying a large plant plot to move it from A to B and in doing so I fell to the side and hurt my bum
Felt like it was twisted and just endured its soreness ,now one year on awful ache comes and goes worse at night when lying in bed on turning and painful to lye on
Now the pain has gone down my leg on walking and I do walk a lot
Anyone hD this problem or similar. Appreciate your input .

Go to a specialist - I wouldn't have waited that long but went straight away to a chiropractic, physio etc.

My mother said she had it and it's sciatica and that I just have to give it time and take painkillers for it if needed or those antiflamiteries I did take those initially for my frozen shoulder then rubbed anecia oil on it ,hot and old rubs ,
Anyway I walk every day to the shops out and about and was in Waterford yesterday ,this morning when I awoke early to go downstairs my loo is downstairs ,i had the pain back and top of leg felt like a stiff board ,
Now it's fine again just very mild ache ,
I will get it checked out thanks KNeanagh .

Yep I'm still a pain in bum ,,, I'm going to go to physiotherapist ,or the bum specialist ,hahah ,
