As an official announcement, there is no sucAhem.......h thing as a referendum, it is all just a ploy to make people feel they have a say, when in fact they have no choice whatsoever in making decisions.

This is a dictatorship, so all of you have nothing to worry about, all important decisions like size of paddles and required matching to arses will be done by people with much more experience of spanking among my personal cabinet than a lot of you unspanked newcomers. After all would you allow an amateur to service your car!

Continue on as usual people and line up those beautiful arses.

The referendum was held yesterday and by 2 votes to nil the dictatorship wins......

It was a secret ballot and now the spankings continue.....
