Best see a doctor.
If you were in the sea in warm water or in a pool of sea water it oculd be coral ear and needs medical treatment.
Could also be an infection or bacteria picked up in a pool or just hot climes, still might need antibiotics, so see the doc.
If you know it is not any of these then try a bit of sheeps wool with the oils still on it and put it in your ear (not all the way in) overnight and it should be gone next day.
