I don't knw, different people seek different things.
For me honesty & sincerity are a big must have, but very hard to come by these days.
A sense of humour & a bit of chemistry wouldn't go amiss either ...

God this list could get longer so I'll stop now rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

They just need a man to be a man
None of this fluffy politically correct stuff.
Good old fashioned mutual respect

you an me both dodge, not sure if we had it removed at birth or we've just been careless and lost it somewhere along the way.

not sure about these lists that are coming out though - honesty is number one for me and i'd claim to be considerate and attentive but men like me don't seem to do as well as those that are macho, domineering and selfish...

You know what...

certain qualities do appeal of course,
for me kindness, charisma, honesty and warmth are a plus...

But they must have that je ne sais quoi which is only a spark between two people...that is very very important...they have to get me...
i know one or two people and sometimes they say what i am thinking...now that is chemistry...on the same wavelength, that you get each other you are both going "oh yeah!" and at the same time you can both hold your own and have a difference of opinion...a guy appeals when he is strong also and i mean he is not a walkover or too nicey nice, he has character and substance...jmopurple_heart

Oh and Mr Wright, its always handy to know the time to be honest and the time to be diplomatic i.e. the time when you want to die and the time when you want to live rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing
