Did anyone watch the Big Brother final last night ? After 13 weeks of being in the house, it came down to five. Darnel, Rex, Sara, Mikey and Rachel. The 24 year old welch girl Rachel Rice won with 51% of the vote, with Mikey coming a close second with 48%.

Afterwards, all the house mates from the show were reunited, and I can't believe that most of them were shocked because Rachel won. And not only the house mates, even Davina McCall was very surprised.

About a week into the show I picked Rachel to win, simply because she seemed to be the nicest, kindest, most caring person in the house. Not to mention that she is also Gorgeous looking ! So I wasn't surprised she won.

A lot of the house mates said that she was just being fake, and that nobody could be that nice all of the time. I think what it was, is that all those who said that about her, have probably never been around someone who is so positive & happy, so they just thought she must have been putting on a show for the camera's.

Anyway, as she's NOT single, I was wondering if there are any Rachel look-a-likes out there with the same type of personality ? If so, I'd love to hear from you !

Hi bluebelle,

Congrats on your win ! Yeah, she is a lovely girl, and I agree, how could someone be fake 24/7 for 13 weeks, I don't think so. And after all that she had to put up with from Rex, I think if she was being fake she would have cracked eventually. Wales should be very proud of her.

Exactly my point to the young lads next door this evening... you can be a good actor but she would have cracked eventually or snapped at someone and she didnt... fair play to her for winning it and i hope she has lots of success out of it... she is the best one to win so far in my opinion....

I think so too, she's my favorite winner so far of the 9 series. Even last night after she won the £100,000 pound prize, before leaving the house she picked up a cup belonging to Mikey that he had wanted as a souvenir. He forgot to bring it out with him when leaving. Just shows how thoughtful she is, to think of something as simple as a cup, after winning a 100 grand.

At the start I said I wasn't going to watch Big Brother this year, because I didn't think it was great last year. Then I said I'd just watch the opening night to see who was going in. Then before I know it, I was watching every night.

Well I didnt watch a lot of it but picked up wee bits along the way.....I wanted Mikey to win......Rachel was nice but I didnt find her very interesting...Mikey was funny and very honest and real and what won it for me was he wasnt afraid to say what he meant...especially when dealing with the bullies Rex and his awful girlfriend Nicole. Jmo of course.

She deserved to win though. No swearing, stripping her clothes off or back biting her fellow house mates for 13 weeks despite extreme provocation! She must be a saint! lol

Granted I didnt watch a lot of it this year to be honest...and also because I dont really want to observe a saint for 13 weeks......I like a bit of entertainment value and to have a laugh at the antics and imo it was in short supply this year..... roll eyes
