Not everyone is on the site just for dating. Lots of people, like myself are here for the forums. I think if a person is honest with his new partner and admits to still being on the site then it isnt a problem. If they're actively still searching and doing it secretly, that isscold

Well, that sounds fair enough to me, it's good to keep our platonic friends. Suppose at the end of the day it all comes down to if you trust each other, if you do then there should be no problems wave

If you start a relationship with someone you met on a dating site, should they come off the site or not???
What do you do if they wont, does this mean they are still activley lookin for a partner? Are they addicted to searching for someone better?
Hi Missappy wave

It would all depend on which sort of dating site it was on.
Some sites only have searach and private contact fascilities. On sites like those, I would say, no, it wouldn't be right to continue being a member. But sites like CS, where you can make friends, and come together for chats on the forums boards, I would say, yes, its ok, so long as its only to keep in touch with your friends and you alter your profile to say you have found a partner, and no longer looking wine

Sometimes when they say that though, what they really mean is they've secretly created another profile/account and are still looking. I've known of guys having 6 accounts on certain sites. I've not saying your bloke's doing it but just be aware that this can happen, damn, hard job us women have keeping 10 steps ahead of menmumbling laugh
