what happened ?

yep all the time sometimes i wanna run away to spain or something. but i would miss my little girl too much i know i would one look at her and i get returned back to sanity.

yep ive often felt suuicidal

lifes ofden full of hurdles and just becouse its not goin smooth for you now doesnt meen it never will, and just becouse u havnt got that special someone in your life doesnt meen you never will, just stay strong guys and gal,

in one week i lost my wife,my kids and was about to loose my house,i got my kids back and i bounced back, stayed strong, and here i am now on this site acting like a clown,

and ive even found that special someone:)

a messege to any of you who are feeling down or depressed.firstly it is nothing to be ashmed of.beleave me there is light at the end of the tunnel.you may not see it now but i promise you there is.
to feel down and depressed is one of hardest things you will proberly go through in your whole life.
you are not a looser,you are a battler.you get up every morning and do things that need to be done in the day.positive thinking will change your life for the better.
i recomend self help books they will exlain why we feel sad and will give you excersise to help your way of thinking.
i know through past experiance.as i suffered from servere deppresion.
i am now a very happy person who is happy in his own skin.
i am now taking a diploma in counselling.and i will become a counsellor soon.
P.S DONT USE THE WORD CANT,ONLY USE I CAN.

not to put on downer on you positive speech mate but you suffered past tense unfortunately some of us unlucky souls have bloody medical hormone imbalances which means we are stuck with it permantely however positive i am there it is every night popping round my door. i know there are things that can er.. lessen the effect of it such as exercise and pills but for some of us we can't stop suffering
i have my beautiful little girl who gets me through anything though :)
