I used to enjoy listening to the excellent reggae that John Peel played. Sometimes the bass line was so low that the screws in the radio worked their way out. Superb!

I'm a HUGE fan of ska - just love it.

I like Bob Marley and UB40 .. Altogether now time for a group sing song laugh

Groovin' UB40

I get my kicks from watching people
Running too and fro
And if you ask them where they`re going
Half of the don`t know
Let the world to think I`m crazy
'Cause they don`t realize

(Chorus)

That I`m just groovin, groovin
Grooving out on life
I`m just groovin and i can't stop groovin
Grovin till I die

I see a river flowing by me
Heading for the sea
I get a feeling deep inside me
It`s so good to be free
I`ve got sunshine in the daytime
And moonlight every night
And I`m just groovin ......

I see a river flowing by me
Heading for the sea
I get a feeling deep inside me
It`s so good to be free
I`ve got sunshine in the daytime
And moonlight every night
And I`m just groovin ......

(Chorus)

That I`m just groovin, groovin
Grooving out on life
I`m just groovin ooh grovin
Grovin till I die

I saw The selecter in Glasgow last year when they played with the Skatellites. Outstanding entertainment!

When my football team, Queen's Park, score at home games (we play at Hampden) they play "Enjoy Yourself" by the Specials. One of our supporters also had that played at his cremation last year. It beats "Abide with Me"

I've never really thought of Madness as reggae music but yeah I liked them too.

Never quite mastered the nutty dance or whatever it was called though laugh

Madness were great when they first started out, but they soon lost their way unfortunately. Keep practising the nutty dance!
