There was a comedian in the 80's who said that in any relationship you only get a finite number of times to have sex, so all you young couples are using it all up fast.....

Personally I think that delaying pleasure, and anticipation is all part of the foreplay and leads to a better experience for both people....supressing those urges, and building on them until you both can't stand it anymore leads to a much more exciting sex life than a quick wham bam every 5 mins.....

Also as you get in to a routine with someone and everyday life gets in the way, thats when things can suffer, and the danger is that you start taking each other for granted and forget why you started it in the first place.... by making it "special" and not a mundane everyday thing, it stops it turning in to that "cliche" chore.....and hey, when your building it gives you more time to come up with more exciting things that will really send your partner over the top...

In my years of experience, I have come to a conclusion.
Most men are hard-wired in their genes to need and want sex most of the time.
Women, (or a fair majority of women) are not like that. Their genes drive them to want children, not just sex, and this builds up as they pass 35 and are still childless. So their criteria for wanting sex are quite different to men. They have to be enticed to build up a desire for sex, they dont just automatically want it like men, and it takes very little to put them off the idea.
I would love to meet a woman who has the same instincts as a man. Mind you, I am not sure I would be up to it.

I'd have to dissagree with the original post...Most girls I meet at clubs would jump into bed with the first thing that came along...Men too for that matter.
