I am a stupid old fool.I met a beautiful very young lady several months ago from this site. And we hit it off straight away. She has met all requirements and I have fallen deeply in love with her already.
We have met several times, and, several times cancelled our dates. Now I feel we are both ready to commit to one another.
So I will be disappearing off this site soon.
Thanks for everyone's advise and to the nice people I've been in contact with.Only one person I've met,but you Porcha are my dream.
Love you so much

lapta: Hi I'm Mike quite new to this site.I'm 65 years young, but don't feel or act it.I have dated much younger foreign ladies where a 10/15 year age gap is the norm. They know their partners are less likely to stray!!!I am moving to Northern Cyprus to live later this year, and hoped to meet a British lady to take and eventually be my wife.
I dated a 49 year old lady from this site, with no major problems but we decided there wasn't enough sparkle.
I have trawled through lots of profiles on this site. Most ladies seem to want men a little younger or same age as themselves.
Perhaps there should be a catagory"looking for older man"
And,unless it's just my age,are there the younger ladies who want to get out of the UK rat race wanting a new life in the sun??I offer a lovely house with pool, undying love and faithfulness.
Surely there is someone in UK who is interested!!!

it seems to me that what you're offering is a house with a pool more than yourself...

I don't think the house and the pool should come into the equation somehow....

no1brightongirl: a friend of mine said at the age of 20 a 40 yr old is fine, but when you are 50 a 70 yr old is too old, i understand this completely. please dont think im being offensive and sugar daddys just like women they have a shelf life too

Apart from your cover statement that you do not intend offense all I can say is that we, the over 60's, are not all deaf dumb blind or stupid as assumed by management, authorities and politicians or public morons subscribing to media hype and sub-culture philoshopy! professor

I am never normally rude to ladies but in this case your comments need an answer and I am also hopeful that Lapta, like me if I knew her, would not waste time, life or money on such a female *airhead* boasting proudly of such an ignorant sub-culture philosophy !!

Your female *Friend* would be well advised to use her single brain cell if she has one and stop shooting her mouth off before she engages it !!

She will get to 70 one day as will you so I suggest its in order to grow up NOW - and Think - It might be a new experience !! wine wine wine for the ladies and beer beer beer to all sane men

Hi,Mike. I think that what no 1 brighton girl meant, was that while it is ok for a 20 year old girl to date a 40 year old man,for better compatibility between the partners, this age gap needs to reduce as time goes on.
I mean,Bruce Forsyth & Anthea Redfern type relationships do exist, but i think they are thin on the ground.

i hope i have not caused offence and muleguy,i dont think mike was talking about me, but thanks for your support anyway, my comments were only that when there is an age gap, it can cause a prob to some couples, when both of them get older

advent of the little blue pill,I think I am still that virile young man in my forties.

and I qoute........................the above statement. stated 5 times in your posts

seems to me that older women may not be so apted as to do, or enjoy, what the advent of the little blue pill does for you. You simply want to get laid, and there is nothing wrong with that, but why not just say so, instead of beating round the bush, ( no pun intended).

Younger women turn you on, and you feel that offering them your wordly possessions, as in a house and a pool, will gain you recognition, or accelerate your success in achieving your goal of shacking up with a steady lay. Best to you in that department, and as for your 49 year old who wishes to try to regain your relationship. if it was so, why advertise here that you seek a british woman, and offer her your kingdom, if all was so good in working out the differences with your ex girfriend.

Not trying to be offensive, yet just calling it as I see it, ands truthfully, that is what I see. Do wish you nothing but the best in your quest.

OK muleguy - I take all your points and we will have to agree to differ simply because of the mention of Bruce and there are many others like him that are not so high profile.

BTW *Wnnie* his wife Wilnelia Merced (A Miss World) is a super lady too and I am damn sure she would be offended by you saying Anthea Redfearn! scold

Win is much younger than Bruce too and for the record I have met both and had the honour to play for him when he did an act involving *all* his talents including playing with us at a charity gig was playing drums with an Ashford based Shearing and Modern Jazz Quartet style band before I retired from the scene. He is also a better pianist in his own right than you see on TV - Take it from me and IMO he should have been knighted long ago !!

I also believe what you say about age is parallel to the one size fits all theory, metaphorically speaking.

That is the rubbish the younger generation who think they control all our lives (40's) is talking and I like many my age will never comply with it as long as we don't letb them rule us, think young and can act it.

No offenses meant to anyone but That is MY opinion based on experience

Age is no barrier unless you let it dominate any relationship so in the words of the Beatles I will * Let it be *

Hi again,Mike.
I thought i may have been out of touch with Bruce and Anthea,as i don't watch much tv.
But the only other high profile couple i could think of at the time, was the magician Paul Daniels and Debbie Reynolds, and i thought he may have sawn her in half,by now!
PS...Apologies to Wilnelia!

Hi Muleguy - I say old sport - You ARE WELL out of date TV wise - professor Debby Reynolds was one of the original cast in the Rodgers & Hammerstien musical *South Pacific* from the 1950's which is shgown on TV regularly due to the BBC being rationed by its government propaganda mastsrs.

But Paul's wife is actually Debbie McGee - Young enough to be Debby Reynolds Jewish grandaughter but as Jackie Mason says -
Oi veh - I should vurry already Nun of us is poifect - an noither is his ex Mayor's Brooklyn accent

Ok I will find that much younger woman....she will make me feel and act much younger. What the hell I'm going to enjoy the rest of my life!!!
Sunshine, sea, sand and something else...It's the mind that goes first, not the body.
Bye to all of you cheers
