i need some tips on studying. ive got an assessment on the human body on monday and find i cant study without boring the pants off of myself and nodding off!!help

yes its one i use often....

leave the boring bits til last minute...the human brain can only remember things for an hour then it stops taking anything in.....

so the nite b4 read the boring bits...and if ya fall asleep u get a good kip too....

Read the test out loud and take notes. That way you store the informaton in several different areas of your brain. The auditory, the kinetically and visually. It also helps to go over notes within the first few hours after taking them. I did a report on memory for my psychology class and this is what I learned. Hope it helps :)
