T'ai Chi Ch'uan... is a Chinese martial art..but also a system of callisthenics consisting of sequences of very slow controlled movements..the ultimate source and limit of reality...from which spring Yin and Yang and all of creation...or so say the Chinese!!

you just stick with the Pot course Zilla... and get some relaxation pet....its no good for an old stiffy like you-you could do yourself a mischief rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing ...tongue

I received a Jamie Oliver cook book for Christmas, so I'm going to give that a go. I rattled up a couple of decent dishes at New Year, so the frozen pizzas, microwaved baked potatoes and never-ending pasta in bottled sauces are on the way out.

I also learned that a clove of garlic isn't actually a full bulb of the stuff! The house smelt of garlic for days, but the chicken whatever-it-was actually tasted great. Honest!

I'm off to marinate something......
