I am looking forward when it comes back on the air here on the BBC America Channel soon. I think American Tv Networks are afraid to pick up comedy shows from Britain, thinking they will beat the American shows. The Benny Hill Show here was aired on regular tv. I remember it was shown at 11pm. Despite the time slot, The Benny Hill was a big hit here.

G&S is a brill show and great to see that the welsh accent can be understood over there!!!!

Thats always a problem...i dont think the US finds it ard to pick up progs it just happens that our humour is so diff to urs...ive watched many US progs and to be honest urs are the sameold same old...not a bad thing but something fresh like G&S will really stand out...

When I was young boy, I lived in Mexico. I saw alot movies from all over the world at the local cinemas back then. I remember seen a British movie call Melody and another one call Digby. Those two movies were big hit in Mexican cinemas. Didgby about the giant dog and Melody about young lovers.
