Have you ever been "hit on" by a person of the same sex (as you are) and if you have...how did you handle it?...or how do you think you would handle it if it does ever happen to you?

Yes I have. Twice as a matter of fact. Once by a stripper and another time while at the beach with my sister and her kids by a quebec tourist lol

I just let them know how much I love men and only men and mostly ignored them and they would get the hint thank goodness. lol

I have...and i wouldn't say i was "offended"...perhaps a bit taken aback..i make it no secret that "men" are my preference...

But i treat their proposition the same as i would treat any man's advances that i have no interest in...

Unfortunately yes I have couple of times.
But i let them know that I was only into women.

I think it's partly my own fault that I've had so many female advances- my friends & I in University used to go to some of the BEST clubs, they happened to be primarily gay bars. And so we'd be dancin, or drinkin, and whammo there's a strange girl sandwichin herself between two of us.

So yes, I've met lots of women where the first contact was them saying hey, wanna dance- or hey, are you single? At first, I wasn't really prepared for that sort of advance, but I figure it's a compliment more than anything. My answer has always been the same, quite tactfully, sure I'll dance, but you're not grabbin my butt! Or yes, I'm single...my boyfriend & I just broke up.

well exactly, coz i am pondering it...doing just that...thinking about it. Realistically probably not...not enough notice...i may be able to do like next year. and even that is a maybe. Gatherings for the farther distance people will need months and months notice i would think, at least i do.

When i got together with some friends from the states this past summer it was exactly 1 week in the making...we all know what our plans are for the next week....in the next few months???...I could be number 1 wife in some sheik's harem for all i know!!
