Hate your ex? Why? Why not?

No .. I dont hate anyone.. I dislike people.. but I have a child with my ex.. how can I hate him when he is wat helped make my son who he is.

No, I don't hate my ex... in fact I love him I am just no longer in love with him! We have 2 boys together and a lot of memories from 9 1/2 years of being together - some good and some bad but they are all a part of who I am today.

I love my "ex" too for all the same reasons Wolfdogs mentions...and i only want the very best for him in his future...he deserves it...he never did anything to hurt me while we were married...I was just not "in love" with him...

As a matter of fact i don't "hate" any of my "ex's"...as Fat Brunette said...i may dislike some people...but i don't honestly hate anyone...

I don't "hate" my ex's either. I hate some of the stuff they did in the past, but no I don't "hate" them.

Hate is such a strong word. i try not to use it but that is easier said than done. I get along with her coz she is the mother of my children and i respect her for that along with her views. I dont love her romantically but i do care for her. its a different kind of love.

No, don't hate him....I wish him well. I don't like what he did but I will always look for the things to be grateful about. I am grateful that I get to start over with all I know now. I believe you choose what you let live in you. I choose not to let anger and resentment live in me...just a choice.

They don't all suck....My ex's have always said I am a rare commodity, but I don't entirely believe that. I think people get screwed aroudn by idiots & they let it affect their views of everyone else after that. Got to judge each person individually through the SAME lens, not a modified one temepered by past experiences.

At first, I think I'd never hated anyone more then her. She waited outside my work for 5 hours for me to come out, it was embarassing, and then she boxed up all this stuff that "reminded" her of me, and brought it over to my house. I don't know if thats a good thing for some people, but I nearly flipped.

Now I could care less about the past, it's been like a year and half, so alls well that ends crappy.

I wouldn't say that I hate my ex...I definitely am not happy with him. It has nothing to do with the reasons on why we separated/divorced. It all has to do with the way that he is with our daughter. He treats her more like an inconvenience than the angel that she is. When it comes to my daughter I believe that she deserves the best and he believes that she should just sit around and do nothing because that is free. Stuff like that...So I dont necessarily hate him, I just really don't like him right now.

I heard from people that have talked to my ex and when she was asked does she still love me...she said a definate YES! I don't still love her because she said that...i just can't hate people. Besides we have alot of memories from that somewhat long relationship together. No i don't hate her...i love her and always will...what am i saying?! just joking

No i dont hate my ex..We dated for 4 years and then decided we were both at different points in our life.I wanted to settle down and he wasnt at the point yet.So we went our ways but are still good friends.
