You may owe some money but, all that money you will get back! Atleast you're not like me where I'm spending money that I'll never see again! I lost my house to my ex! LOL! I have one recomendation for you and your other half, "The first morning you wake up in your new home, make sure you sit, enjoy a cup of coffee and just admire the veiw". Someone told me to do that when I got my house, it's neat feeling to sit and look out the window of your new home! Enjoy it!

the only part that made me NOT want to buy it is that there's a room that totally needs to be torn out- it was (is) painted in blue & white...it's my first makeover project. Thankfully we have a month before we have to be out of here! I'm not going to bother trying to paint over it, the room is doomed- time to yank out the drywall & start over!
