My 2 cents - If communication is there, that question would not be asked rolling on the floor laughing

On a similar vein. My ex-wife and I, because of the commitment of time and energy into our small business didn't want any children until later in our marriage when the time was right (six years later).

"When are we going to start a family", was a common and perhaps understandable question, but when my step-cousin stated sarcastically that I must be shooting blanks, I wasn't impressed.

We now have a charming, polite and goodlooking 12yo son in reply to her comment.

Yes I get asked that a few times and I will even sometimes ask the other person the same thing lol

I just normaly say that I am not in a rush and still waiting for the right one to come along.

Or if in a bad mood and depending who I am answering to. Say that the last guy has no knowledge when it comes to Communication and ran for the hills LOL
