Maybe you just moved here,, no friends here yet,, no family here,, i would like to know how many here in EDMONTON is all by themselves,, the reason i am asking is,, last Christmas i did a big Christmas dinner for everyone that was by themselves,, right now for just the moment,, i would like to know how many are alone

I am not from Edmonton but i will be alone for the holiday's. I just wanted to say that we may be alone for Christmas but we are not alone, there are many, many of us that are alone. Sopme of us even feel alone when we are in a room full of people. I have spent many of Christmas's alone, i just rent some movies, get my favorite snacks and it's all over in 2 days. It can feel very lonely and that's ok. The New Year will hopefully be better than the last. Just enjoy what and who you have.

I was alone last year at christmas. That's when I found CS. Boxing day I was just poking around on the net and found the forums here. Curiousity led me to sign up.

I will be alone, not in Edmonton of course but I will finish my last night shift Christmas morning and come home to an empty house.
I am supposed to get to see my children, but my ex has screwed me over for the last 4 years running so just waiting to see what crap she will try this year. Nothing makes for a lonely Christmas like missing your kids.
