Decided to drop in and let you know I am making the Big move

Moving to Niagara Falls

Never been there but my parents went to Niagara Falls for their honeymoon. Good luck with the move.

Hey Dawn. I grew up in St. Catharines and have been to Niagara Falls literally a thousand times. As you can see in my photo that is the falls behind me. That was taken last summer when I went home to visit my family and friends. Here is a little tip, stay away from the tourist areas until fall/winter, everything is a lot cheaper. The aviary down from the falls and the buttlefly house are really cool if you like that or have grandchildren.
Who knows someday we might cross paths.

You'll love it there! I spent a lot of time there as a kid and always had a great time. friends owned a fruit farm and we'd visit all year round. It's been a few years since I last went but I still have a lot of wonderful memories.

I'm moving too! Off to southern BC near Trail. Had enough of the winters here on the on the praries.
Already bought a place there and getting this one ready to sell.

Hey kid, good luck in your move, hope everything goes well for you. When you get there, they have this boat there called The Maid of the Mist, it goes under the falls, you should try it, it's a hoot, only don't try trolling off the back of the boat, it tends to piss off the skipper..some people just have no sense of humor I guess

I love Niagara Falls, I have been going there for the pass 30 yrs, and my youngest & husband live there she met her husband in College there and my girls always loved Niagara Falls they spend summers there when I used to have a fifth wheel.

It is "home" for me

Crossing path sounds "great" but please if you see me "tap me on the shoulders"

Actually the weather is great there compare to here

We still have snow, and there they are going outside with no coat, so I welcome the weather there

Since I know Niagara very well, I have no doubt, I love the hussle and Buzzle there in the summer.

Love my routine in the summer when I am there, pack a lunch walk down the falls, blanket & book and just relax and watch the tourist etc....

Well the great thing about living in Niagara if another marriage is in my future the Honeymoon will have to be in Hawaii

Hi Dawn, I guess we should have seen this coming. You already call it your second home so I'm sure the move will go well. It seems we could be neighbours cuz I'm considering a move to Brantford. My oldest son lives there and he thinks he wants me closer.
