David Cook was on American Idol...and yes he won

Just finished watching it myself ........... I think he was the best choice ......... as David Archuleta (while a great singer) maybe too young at this point. He strikes me as simply needing a bit more time to mature into the role of a performer.

David Cook was my choice great voice and stage presence

Agree, and seemed mature enough/or level headed enough to be able to handle/cope with what is going to happen. He also dared to sing songs his way and be different.

The younger David, has a great voice, from what I saw of the show on Tuesday, but felt he might not be able to handle winning and some of the pressure.

Then again, I only saw part of Tuesday's show, and did not watch any of it last night. So don't take my word on any of this.
