My question; "Why when answering to a post others made, is what they said repeated?"
I have seen this done occasionally but not all the time like I see on here. ???

What do you mean exactly?
Do you mean when someone quotes the person who posted? Or do you mean by someone answering in the same way as the other poster replied?

Repeating the message from the person they want to answer, even when their post follow each other

At times all that I am reading is repeats after repeats.
I can see it if as someone said your answer hours later but I am
talking about post that follow each other closely

Yes I do see this and imagen this automatic brings up the other post.
But at times all you get to see is the others post over and over again and as I said even when the post and the answer to it, follow each other closely

I'll usually quote the person who I'm responding to in order to clarify who I'm referring back to ..... and as well, sometimes if I like a particular post I'll have a record of it in my own profile. As well, if someone's reading my posts (which I've been told that others do sometimes - OMG - lol) then they won't think I'm a complete idiot when they read my response.
