I have seen some older woemn in relationships with older men,and a lot work out,also applies to older en and younger women.BUT
as stated here many times beware there ar a lot of scammers online now.I would accept a younger lady.up to 15 to 20 years difference if we met and got along on more than one date,also same for an older lady.

My Mother was married over twenty five years to a Man nine years younger.
My sister is cohabitant's with a man that is fifteen years younger.That has lasted seventeen years to date.
It works in some cases.
Though I am beginning to see some young women playing on older men.Then having children with them.
I do not understand a man wanting a child at 48 and up.
It gets much harder to do at 50. I could never imagine having a two year old at that age.

Actually though the older woman younger man is more of an advantage then the other way around.I do not want though a man that wants me to be like his mother, I would expect him to be a man!
Men never know why the younger women wants them it seems, or they choose to ignore it so they can boast about it to their friends or whom ever.
My ex had a friend like that, and when he was on his dying bed his young wife was out with some other guy spending his money, and screwing around.She couldn't even wait till he was cold.
If that is what you consider a partner fine to each to their own.

I have been getting a lot of Instant Messaging approaches, flowers and emails from young men (10 to 20 years younger) in other far away countries, complimenting me and wanting to chat. While it may be flattering I find it kind of wastes my time because I am here not just to chat but to meet someone with mate potential for me.

Some of the young men seem to be looking to flirt at least at first and then sometimes it turns into seeking a mother figure or therapist. Two were lonely students wanting probably anyone to chat with and one ended up being suicidal - just trying to reach out. I wish there was a referral service for people experiencing such great difficulty. We must be careful to not take too much responsibility for these people - they have to find real resources close to home. Not appropriate for the site.

I am not here to 'help' out these young men from distant parts of the world and don't have the time to just sit and chat with every one of them who thinks I am either attractive or an easy target. It is just something we need to screen out better. I think it would be good if we could see who is trying to IM us before we accept or decline.

There are much more of the approaches from young men on this free site than on the paid site I have used in the past. I don't know if any of them have been scammers because I no longer play, chat or start any thing with them once I find out they are so young or from some rediculously far away place.

Naturally, most scammers are not going to want to pay so we may find more of them on a free site so be extra cautious. But I am still hoping there are lot of legitmate gentlemen on here from my home country.

Personally I am uncomfortable with the ones who try to get you to go outside of the site through phone or alternate email, even on the first communication and this is not just the young men. Seems most want to get off the official site as quickly as possible. I did give out an alternate (anonomous) email for msn instant messaging twice and both times the men very quickly got to talking graphically about sex and meeting immediately. (Go find a hooker you cheap pervs)

Some may be nice but frankly if they won't answer some questions or get to know me at least a bit through communicating via the safety of the site then I pass. I ask the universe to please send me a gentleman, suited just right for me.

You go girl you got the right attitude. The man your looking for are here. It will take some time to sort the wheat from the chaff.

Hi all "for some reason I have had a heap of emails in the last couple of weeks from younger guys or very handsome older guys' the thing they have in common is their names are like Joe Brown or Gary James, they say they are from the US the big slip up is black hair black eyes and the way they write their words down it doesent quite ring true .But they are getting better at it so beware.

People like me dont help because when I am pretty sure about them I fire back! cant help it they make me so bloody mad. I dont block them at once just to see if they reply they dont.I just wish they would crawl back under the rock from whence they came.
Do these worms think that because I am over 60 I will be happy to hear from them,WRONG.

I was always attracted to older men....however the man i'm engaged to is younger...

"It" is going to happen...regardless of what the ages are...such is life..

but his reasoning is there is definitely less "drama" to deal with when dating older women...and a lot less "guessing"...we know what we want..AND how to get it

I tihnk the reason is because an "older woman" isn't in it for HUGE discussions on stupidity...WE have better things to think of!

I love being with a younger man but doesn't necessarily mean that I ONLY date younger men

the younger ones are more energetic, fun, and can bring a different view on life!

I'm just about to hit 43 years old and I think I look DARN KICKER!

I am MORE assured of myself NOW than I was EVER in my 20's!

I think the younger ones enjoy our confidence....

I got am IM from a young guy looking to be hung up in my barn a whipped for being naughty. Needless to say I blocked him.

Why? He might be good at chicken catching. Never look a gift horse in the mouth I say.
