eyesthatknowwhy: I started believing in me again, in taking leaps of faith.
I dealt with alot of "ugly" that I had been avoiding.
I put so much of the past where it belonged - the past.
I stood up for myself and others who needed support.
I owned up to my mistakes.
I learned to forgive, maybe not forget, but forgive.
I opened up my heart.
I learned to laugh again, out loud, piss my pants laughing - thanks to many people on this forum.
I am looking forward to a new chapter in my life - one full of love and acceptance - hopefully one of the better parts of my journey of existence - where I will discover so much more of me and of life and of those who matter and of those who don't - there is so much more to be explored and known.
So happy Autumn to all - breath it in and relish all that there is to offer and look after yourselves - then you can look after those who need you
You already know Eyes and looked at my profile.
My aunt came from England for a visit. She is in her 80's and do not know if or when I will see her again. Twins made lots of progress in one yr. More than the Dr's thought. The 2 yr old has made so many hmm not sure what to call them, but he has advanced to a closer level to what a 1.5 yr old should be doing verbally. For him that is a mile stone.
The twins who make shy/strange with everyone, were definitely had no problems with a certain someone today. It was meet my parents for the first time today... my dad loved having another sports nut to talk to.

I have a feeling that because the twins allowed this certain someone to pick them up and hold them ... impressed my mother.
I was introduced to his mother a few weeks ago, and she told me she wanted me to come back and visit her anytime.
My kids are doing well, job is going well, so I can not really complain, or can't find something irritating enough to complain.... unless it's about some women shoving her way on to the bus, and the person she shoved had a broken leg and was on crutches. (if I complained about people being like this, every time it happened, I'd never stop complaining.)
Dragon display was pretty cool.
Once while out for supper, this awesome little boy called "James", asked if we were on our honeymoon.

For most of out supper this awesome kid was at our table. He was smart, and just an amazing kid. .... as for the response to his honeymoon question.... my friend answered, "Not yet".
So for the most part, my summer was pretty awesome. Fall is my favorite time of year, so I know it will be a great one.
Hope everyone is doing well, and the rest of the year will be great for you all.
