Not intending on putting too much thought, time or effort into the current events - mind can only take on sooooo much and deal with soooo much....Feel better!!! Nasty flues are starting around here all ready...

As a Canadian, I do hope that some goodness comes out of something and that somewhere in the world, in our own country/province/town etc. positive change is occurring and will continue....cheers angel

Roseblossum: Does anyone have one thing important that stands out for the election.
Mine is healthcare. It is getting worse, long waits for surgery,

Sorry to bust your bubble. But it is a miniority groverment. It is the conservatives who won again. I wonder how the politcal parties will act. Are they going do something constructive? or are they going to play their games of chicken again?

I'm sure it'll be the same crap as the last few years. blues

Wonder if Harper is going to grow a spine anytime soon. roll eyes

I sure hope McStain/Painlin don't get voted in during the US elections, or North America is in for some rough times ahead.

Funny how people don't like Trudeau, or even Chretien. They're the only two that stood up for Canada in the last several decades and didn't have their lips attached to the appendages of American presidents. roll eyes

Oh well, cut up your credit cards and pay off your debts if you can. It's going to get ugly soon.

I tend to agree kid. Think that we cannot sit back and be complacent about anything. Atleast we have a bit of a headsup. And you are right, they are saying, don't spend what you can't afford
Anywhooo, the decision has been made and it is what it is. Very interesting occurrence, Saskathchewan is notoriously quite NDP, yet they were shut out here. confused so we can see a trend toward a shift from the "traditional norm".
Have a great day wave
