How about fresh blood sausage made every 2nd thursday, at the butcher shop in a town near here.
They make and sell a lot of it.

Not sure, but it is an old Belguim dish.
Fresh pork blood, crumbly bread , onions, and whos knows what else.
I don't make it, just buy it.

(For some reason, I don't think this will become part of the jewish culinary diet.)
