Scroll to the bottom of the page you're on, and click on the respective flag of the region you wish to access. There are many forums on the site, and each are different and wonderful in their own way.

No flags at the bottom.
The only options I have on the side are; view treads, and view posts.
The only options I have on the top are; CA forums, and Int'l forums.

It may be because I am on dail up.

Hmmm, that's odd, I've acessed the site on dial up and never had a problem going from one area to another. dunno
