Dr.s told Mom they got all of the (tumer) cancer. That is good news.

Tubes are supposed to be taken out today. The nights I don't go to the hospital I'm at the house helping my Aunt.

When I get home I'm exhausted. I'm lucky I have Brian, because he has been a rock for me through all of this.

Mom, barring any problems will be coming home tomorrow. Home care will be visiting her twice a day. Test results are not back yet, so we do not know for if she will have to undergo chemo.

.... and I'm another year older ... sigh crying

She was in the ER 2 weeks ago for pneumonia... that is cleared up.
Cousin has given her acupuncture treatments, and has taken milk out of her diet. She is now able to keep food down.

Meets with Oncologist March 17th, and Chemo starts March 23rd.

Thanks for the Hugs.

Everyone is trying to keep Mom's spirits up. I need more sleep... and am sooooooooooo tired of this freezing cold weather.

How is life in the new digs?

Movers load up on the 16th - stuff goes to Edmonton until there is a full load to WH...kiddo and I here "camping" until the 28th. We will start the drive out then - stop in Saskatoon to visit with sis and family and then head out Northwest. Planning on trying for Whitecourt for first night - just do a pull over/nap kinda thing. Then through to Fort Nelson. Get a room. To Watson Lake and probably stay another night. Decided to only drive the mountains in day light - for our safety as well as others! LOL. Can't get into the condo until the 1st anyway so no rush. Want to take out time so kiddo and I can have out "great adventure"! as he calls it - T and C's excellent adventure! Cold? minus 39 here yesterday with wind - little better today at -34 no wind! Have to move to the Yukon to get warm wink Mum's spirits will rise with the spring...good luck - she sees the Oncologist on St. Paddy's day! good luck heart wings
