I do not know if this thread has been on yet So if it has I am sorry but it is okay to be friends with men. I have more guy friends than girlsfriend that are true girlsfriends. and so are my male friends...... but some one I care about does see it that way.......... So help

I broke up with my live in boyfriend cause he had issues with my male friend. He was always jealous and suspicious and for no reason. Me and my friend are still friends and it never will go further than that. Either you trust us or you dont and if you dont then sorry but...so long!

I don't see it as a problem of people having friends of either sex. Many people that I would consider friends are females that are happily married. I would also consider their husbands as freinds too. It is a matter of trust. If the close partner of yours doesn't trust you in this issue, will they ever trust you completely?

and,we have been chatting for quite some time now.He has seen me through some hard times.But,has also seen me through some of the most memorable moments of my life.
So,that being said,if your significant other doesn't understand the importance of friendship,regardless of gender,I think he needs to "open his eyes",so to speak.By that I mean,he needs to see what he has (you) and not worry too much about the gender of the friends that you do have."

Women can be friends with men. However, if you run into a jealous girlfriend/ spouse, or you have a jealous partner, they can make this situation unbearable. I never like to feel that I am someone possession, so I opt out of possesive relationships.

Mine bestfriend is female, i have been best friends with her since i can rememeber. i have more friends who female then male.

I had jealious girlfriends who didn't like that i talked to mine female frinds. It all about trust and some people dont have enough trust in their partners.

I suggest u beat some trust into that person u care for. a baseball bat would do fine.

well I sure hope it's ok because all my frieds on CS are female I still have not figured out how to contact a guy without him thinking I'm gay or something.I have had zero success making any friends other than women.Not that I'm really worried about it though the whole point of this site is to find you other half not your best friend

Now this thread I love.I have found I have more lady friends than men.the ones that are married have husbands that have met me and became my friend also.if a husband is jealous them he has insecurities and needs to look in the mirror.
